This course aims to contextualize these terms in personal experience, to help understand one's own propensity for leadership and its challenges, and to support the creation of a learning path on the topic. Power seems to be a more motivating factor for men in management. Many women still struggle to grasp the very idea of power, thus avoiding situations where responsibility and related decisions exist. This module offers insights for better understanding oneself, as well as for understanding the contexts in which one works, seeking to decode both power in action and the associated leadership styles. It will help you understand your potential contribution to change and innovation, focusing on your unique strengths and specificities. This is the starting point for a journey that begins with your subjective motivation to become a leader, to confront your fears, but also, and above all, the values you are capable of embodying. The underlying idea is that becoming a leader, in addition to the necessary skills, represents an inner journey, in which to discover the bright spots and address the dark ones. While women have fairly typical traits, every woman is different, and by recognizing and shaping this specificity, she can play a role that is meaningful for the organization and represents a more authentic part of the self.
