What is Training & Development?

It was created with the goal of creating contexts where group needs can emerge authentically. It's not just about giving people a voice, but about balancing the different dimensions that characterize collective experience: from the existential, tied to values, emotions, and meaning, to the more practical, tied to skills, goals, and results.

This approach makes it possible to generate evolutionary actions, address biases and resistance, choose the most effective tools, and jointly build paths to change. The emphasis is on the added value of collaboration: a change process not imposed from above, but shared, participatory, and therefore truly transformative.
