What is the Feedback 360°

360° Feedback is a multi-source/multi-level cognitive process aimed at collecting anonymous and structured feedback on individual employees regarding the company's key competencies.

The primary objective is to support individuals in identifying their strengths and areas for development, to meet the demands of the workplace, and to best fulfill their assigned roles.

What it evaluates and who it involves

360° Feedback focuses not on performance, but on the elements (behavioral and competencies) that underlie performance. For each competency, at least five key behaviors are identified through which the individual is evaluated.


360° Feedback is composed of two different types of evaluation and therefore involves different resources: the compiler (the appraiser) and managers, peers, direct reports, and others (assessors/observers).
