How It Works at MF Consultant
Duration:
6 sessions, each lasting approximately 1 hour, conducted online (via Teams) three times a week over a total period of 2 months. The meeting schedule will be arranged based on the availability of both the tutor and the participant.
Methodology:
A dedicated career consultant will be assigned to support the participant throughout the individual Career Coaching process. The program consists of two phases: online and offline.
The online sessions follow this methodology:

Information Gathering – Collecting all technical and cross-disciplinary information necessary for building the career path.

CV Drafting – Preparing a professional CV and administering aptitude/behavioral tests to assess internal and external competencies.

Social Profile Development – Creating a professional social profile and building an online reputation.

Company Identification – Actively researching target companies and identifying strategic profiles.

Interview Preparation – Preparing for and simulating professional interviews.

Active Job Search – Actively searching for job postings and companies aligned with the participant's career goals and assisting with applications.
The offline sessions follow this methodology:

Between sessions, the participant is expected to prepare, study, and develop the skills necessary to achieve their desired goals.

The tutor will assign tasks and/or study materials to the participant, who must deliver the completed work by the next meeting or by an agreed-upon date.
