
The Active Listening and Empathic Feedback Course
In today’s corporate environment, the practice of active listening is essential in expressing empathy and inclusivity toward colleagues, helping to create a positive background for employees.
Active listening is a listening technique that involves focusing on what the other person is saying and truly understanding their point of view. The practice of active listening goes beyond basic listening, which simply includes receiving another person’s message, and moves toward an empathic reception and understanding of the other.
Furthermore, active listening is also directed toward oneself, highlighting one’s own perspective as a relevant opinion within the conversation and the relationship with others. Active listening necessarily leads to empathic feedback, which is required as a mechanism of self-correction during exchanges with others.
The absence of feedback also prevents personal performance, impacting company work processes. This professional development course will therefore allow participants to refine and strengthen these practices.

Duration and Format
Duration: 6 total hours divided into 2 sessions of 3 hours each.
Methodology: The training activity will be delivered through a methodology based on alternating theoretical sessions and practical examples drawn from real-life situations, aimed at providing practical guidance on behaviors to adopt in order to strengthen balance and dissolve fears and concerns among clients and colleagues. The virtual classroom will also allow the use of instant feedback to further engage and motivate participants. At the end of the course, a Certificate of Participation will be issued.
