Objective

Learning the skills of correct interrelationship creates team synergy and unites the team, managing to motivate, listen and know how to be listened to. The correct use of communication in the company is essential to make your organization function at its best. The training course aims to provide the tools to better guide one's professional activity and that of collaborators, learn the use of effective communication, active listening and everything necessary to create a winning relationship with both collaborators and customers and suppliers. Practical and immediately usable knowledge will be acquired for managing stress and problem solving, to produce consistently winning business strategies, aimed at the constant satisfaction of those around us.

Delivery mode

The training activity is delivered by applying a methodology based on the alternation of theoretical sessions, videos, exercises and the use of practical examples on real situations aimed at providing instructions for use on the behaviors to be followed to strengthen balances and dissolve customers' fears or concerns and colleagues.
