This is a strategic role, capable of combining people management with an understanding of financial data and the interpretation of a Business Plan.

The main mission of the HRBP is to achieve organizational goals through people, fostering a stable and productive working environment. For this purpose, strong skills in listening, leadership, organizational vision, and analytical skills are essential.
